Paying with Credit Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit card payments for online orders.
Please provide the “bill to” address exactly as it appears on your credit card billing statement. During our online real time authorization process we will validate that the “Bill to” information you provided matches the information on file with your credit card issuing company. The processing of your order may be declined or delayed if we cannot verify the “Bill to” information or the information does not match the address information on file. If your credit card is declined during checkout, please verify that you have provided your billing information correctly. Multiple checkout attempts may cause your credit card company to place multiple authorization holds against your credit cards available credit line.

Tax for orders shipped to these states will have sales tax automatically added to the order total.
Processing an Order
Your order will begin processing the next business day (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm PST.)
Shipping transit time will be in addition to order processing time.
We do not offer overnight / same day shipping and processing.
Sales tax will be charged at the 9.25% rate for items shipping to the following states: California
THE TESLA MERCH BOOTH strives to have all items in stock at all times. However, there will be occasions that we cannot ship certain items immediately. Items that are out of stock will be shipped as soon as they become available unless you tell us otherwise. If you order cannot be shipped within 30 days of the date of your order, you will be given the option to cancel your order.

How to Change Your Order
We process your orders very quickly. If you find that you have made an error in your order, please notify us immediately by e-mailing us at the following e-mail address. If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to correct it. However, if the merchandise has already been shipped, we will be unable to modify any portion of your order.

Returns and Exchanges
If you have received damaged, defective or incorrectly shipped merchandise contact our customer service department immediately. All returns should be shipped to the return center address below.
No COD returns will be accepted.
Return Policy:
THE TESLA MERCH BOOTH will be happy to return or exchange any items that have not been washed or worn within 30 days of purchase. Please email us for a return authorization number. There is a $4.00 exchange fee required for all exchanges. You are responsible for the return freight charges. Shipping and handling charges for the original shipment are non-refundable. In the case of a manufacturer’s defect, we will credit you up to $4.15 for any return shipping charges you pay to return the item to us.
